Topmost Ridges
1. Open a new image, 178 x 12 pixels.
2. Double-Click on the selection tool

and enter the following values:
3. Click on OK and then flood fill the selected area with your own fill or a colour:
4. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel and use the following values:
If this inner bevel does not work for your particular fill or pattern, go ahead and use any values you want, Blade Pro, Eye Candy, or whatever works!
5. Now,
double-click on the selection tool again, but this time change Top-0 and Bottom-6. Flood fill and apply the same bevel. Save as topmostridges.psp.
6. Press CTRL-A, CTRL-C, (to copy) and go back to your image. Press CTRL-E (to paste) and put the ridges in place. Then click on the deformation tool

and pull one of the upper corners out a little bit.
That's it for the topmost ridges.
Middle Ridges
Open a new image, 178 x 12 pixels.
Double-click on the selection tool, but this time use the following settings:
Flood fill and apply the inner bevel. Double-click on the selection tool again, and change Top-4, Bottom-8. Flood fill and apply the bevel. Double-click on the selection tool one more time, and change Top-0, Bottom-4, flood fill and apply the bevel. Save as middleridges.psp.
That's all you have to do for the Middle Ridges, except to copy and paste them into your image.
Lowest Ridges
Copy and paste the middleridges file you just made, and apply the deformation tool, this time moving the top node inward towards the clock.
