Open a new file, about 450 x 350 pixels. Name the first layer, Tray, and then make a second layer, Strawberries.

Open your strawberry file and check that the layers are merged. Then go to

Image - Resize 75%, make sure All Layers is NOT checked
Repeat the resize
Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen
Copy the resized strawberries (CTRL-C) and then click on the new image and paste (CTRL-E), placing it in the centre.

Click on the first layer, Tray and using the Selection Tool , set to ellipse, feather 0, antialias checked, start about where the yellow X is in the image below, and draw an ellipse. Don't worry if it's perfectly centred, because you can move around with the Mover Tool . Keep selected.

Flood-fill the oval with #004040 (or any colour you like, but if you use black, the bevel doesn't show very well.) Go to

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel - Frame preset.

Congratulations! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
