Tole Roses
Part 2
All right, you've made your rose, and now you want to add the leaves and doodads.
12. Pale Green Leaves for Tole Rose
Small Leaf layer - 01small leaf. Flood-fill with Colour 3 (#567800) in the chart.
Effects - Texture Effect - Blinds
Width 5, Opacity 44, Colour #3 in chart (#FDCF41V)
Effects - Noise - Add - 25% Random
PSP 8 - Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - 25% Random
Effects - Blur - Motion Blur - Angle 87 - Intensity 13 pixels
Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur, Angle 0, Intensity 13 pixels.
Smudge with the same settings as before.
Shape - Round, Size 15, Hardness 5
Opacity 30, Step 20, Density 100.
Layers - Duplicate
Image Mirror
You can use the Mover Tool

to move the leaves if you wish.
13. Large Leaves layer - 02largeleaves. Follow the same directions as in the last step. Then go to Step 16.

Leaves for Pink Roses.
Use the rosegradient1.zip you downloaded, at Angle 223, or set your Foreground to Colour 7 (#0E6B45) and your Background to Colour 8 (#102418), and use the Foreground-Background gradient, at Angle 49, Invert Gradient box checked.
Smudge a little and then go to:
Layers - Duplicate
Image Mirror
You can use the Mover Tool

to move the leaves if necessary. Then go to Step 16.
Icon Rose
15. Small Leaf layer - 01smallleaf. Just Flood-fill with Colour 3 (#567800), Colour 7 (#0E6B45) or any green colour that appeals to you. Then you can add the Noise.
16. Doodads layer - 11doodad. Flood-fill with any colour or gradient you like. Then go to:
Layers - Duplicate
Image Mirror
17. Drop layer - 12drop. Flood-fill with any colour or gradient you like. Then go to:
Layers - Duplicate
Image Mirror
