Open yet another layer. For the pail, you can use the one given in preset shapes and decorate any way you wish.

For the rope, use the tubes tool

, rope, set at about 15-30%.

For the Dream Well, you could select the rope, (use the Selection Tool

to draw around the rope, and then click on the rope with the Magic Wand

), flood fill it with white, and then use a filter like Blade Pro. Or--you could colourise by going to:

Effects - Enhance Photo - Manual Color Correction,

and following the directions in Step 4.

Just use any dingbat you like and fill with a colour, or use Blade Pro or another filter.
